Swiss standards, Mardan roots

Monarch Education System was founded in Mardan by Aizaz Ali Shah, a Switzerland-based educator who saw first-hand how concept-driven, skills-focused education turns children into confident, capable people.

He returned home with one purpose: to bring meaningful, modern education of international standard to Mardan, while keeping children close to their faith, language and culture.

Our mission is not to produce children who simply fill roles in the system, but to nurture leaders who think with originality, act with purpose and help shape the future of Pakistan with confidence and integrity.

Message from the founder

For years I carried a simple question: why should learning feel like a burden to a child?

Too many children are taught to memorise and fear exams, rather than to think, question and grow. I wanted something better for the children of Mardan.

Monarch Education System is my answer. Inspired by the Swiss approach, it is built on understanding rather than rote learning, and on confidence rather than pressure. There are no exams to dread and no heavy bags to carry home. Alongside strong academics, children develop life skills, etiquette, and Quranic and moral values.

This school is not a business. It is a mission close to my heart, built on the belief that every child deserves an education worthy of their potential.

My hope is simple: that every child who walks through these doors leaves happier, more confident and truly ready, not just for the next exam, but for life.
