Monarch Education System was founded in Mardan by Aizaz Ali Shah, a Switzerland-based educator who witnessed firsthand how concept-driven, skills-focused education transforms children into confident and capable individuals. Inspired by the principles of the Swiss education system, he returned home with a clear purpose: to bring international standards of meaningful, modern education to the children of Mardan and give them a foundation worthy of their potential.
