Picture a child the night before an exam. A table covered in notes, a tired face, and a worried parent sitting close by. Many families in Mardan know this scene well. At Monarch Education System, we decided our children would not grow up with it.
What happens instead of exams
Learning at Monarch is checked every day, quietly and kindly. Teachers watch how a child explains an idea, solves a problem, asks a question and works with classmates. Small class activities, short concept checks and the work children do in their notebooks show us clearly what a child understands and where they need more help.
Because this happens all the time, no single day decides anything. A child who has a difficult morning is not judged by it. A child who understands something late is given the time to get there.
Why this is better for learning
When children study for an exam, they often memorise answers for a few days and forget them soon after. When children are not afraid, they start to ask "why". That one word is the beginning of real understanding, and understanding lasts.
Fear also takes energy away from learning. A calm child listens better, remembers more and is not afraid to make a mistake. Mistakes are where most learning happens.
How parents stay informed
No exams does not mean no information. Parents receive regular updates and a monthly progress report that shows how their child is doing in every subject, with a short note from the teacher. You will always know your child's strengths and the areas we are working on together.
A school for life
Our goal is not a high score on one day. Our goal is a child who loves learning, thinks for themselves and grows in confidence every year. That is why there are no exams at Monarch, and why we believe your child will be happier and learn more because of it.
